PRODUCTS AND PRICES
 
The main characteristics of all products are found within the description box, such as: brand, differentiating elements of the garment, sizes, etc.
 
Prices are expressed in euros (€), including the corresponding VAT. The shipping costs applicable to the purchase will be added to the product prices. Shipping cost rates will always be communicated to the user in advance, and will be expressly accepted by the user before making the purchase.
 
In case of return, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the amount to be returned. You can consult all the information about returns in the Exchange and Return Process section.
 
 
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
 
To add an item to your shopping cart, you must select it and specify the size and number of units you wish to purchase. Then click on the "Add to cart" button.
 
Once you have included all the products you wish to purchase in your basket, click on the "Checkout" button. Enter your details in the purchase form and choose the payment method. Et voila! We will immediately receive your order information in our warehouse and we will get to work hard to ensure that you receive it as soon as possible.
 
 
ORDER RECEPTION AND CONFIRMATION
 
When you make a purchase on frankstore.es, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the information about your order. If everything goes as expected, you will be able to enjoy your order within the next 24/48 hours.
 
 
PURCHASE TRACKING
 
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that it is on its way. Our team works hard to ensure that orders are delivered within 24/48 hours.
 
If the delivery deadline is met and you still haven't received your order, don't worry, although we have the best express delivery service, the courier company may have an incident that delays delivery. PROMOTIONAL CODES
 
The return of items in orders with a promotional code implies the partial loss of the amount of the code provided that the conditions of use of the code are broken.
Promotional codes must be entered at "Check Out" of the purchase, otherwise, FRANK STORE will not be responsible for the refund of the amount and the code must be used in a new purchase*

All product images are property of Frank Store. There may be a slight difference between the color of the image and the actual color of the item due to photo quality.
 
 
CONFLICT RESOLUTION
 
For the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Ourense.
