SHIPPING METHOD, DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING COSTS
 
We know how important it is for our customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we have perfected our logistics to the maximum to achieve a delivery time of products from our store of 24 to 48 hours, working days, in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal.
 
Almost 100% of orders placed before 5pm (except weekends) will be delivered by our courier service the next day to your home. These conditions apply to orders placed in Spain and Portugal. We work hard to ensure that you can enjoy your favourite clothes as soon as possible!
 
Orders placed on or after Friday afternoon or Sunday evening will be shipped on Monday of the following week. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
 
If the delivery deadline is met and you still haven't received your order, don't worry. Although we have the best express delivery service, the courier company may have an incident that delays delivery. If this happens, do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@frankstore.es, our Whatsapp chat (+34 680 195 604) or by phone (+34 988 391 192). Customer service hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:30.
 
Unfortunately, we are not a courier company and, although we try our best to provide you with the best service, things do not always go as we would like. We apologize if at any time, after all this work and effort, the shipment does not go as planned.
 
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products we offer on the website. At Frank Store, shipping costs are subject to the location to which we send the purchase. In Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal, shipping is completely FREE for purchases over €50. In the rest of the countries, we specify below the shipping method and the costs derived from it.

Express Shipping 24-48H with MRW 6,50€. FREE from 50€
 
IMPORTANT: Any shipment not received or rejected* by the recipient involves return costs and possible procedures such as local taxes or customs costs. The customer is responsible for any expenses incurred and they will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
*All rejected orders from mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands will have a fixed cost of €6.50 (VAT included) for the procedures arising from the rejection, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Shipping in 3-5 working days with MRW 25€, customs paid by the customer.
 
-Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Vatican City, Denmark, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Czech Republic, San Marino.
Shipping in 3-5 days with DHL €25.00
 
-Switzerland, Poland.
Shipping in 3-5 days with DHL €25.00

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you that it is on its way. Our team works hard to ensure that orders are delivered within 24/48 hours.
